Self Care - A Revolutionary Approach
Self care is about being kind to yourself. But what does being kind to yourself look like? Most women don't know. Women tend to care for others at their own expense, giving of their own life force without a second thought...right up to the moment she either collapses in grief and exhaustion - because no matter how much she gives, she's never good enough - or until she explodes in rage because no one seems to care that she's killing herself for them.
Sound familiar at all?
We thought so.
In this module, you are going to discover solutions, and new ways of thinking about yourself.
Life can be better. It's time.

"My approach is unique because almost every system of spiritual study still says: 'You aren't good enough, and no matter how hard you try, you never will be.' I turn all that on its head. Embrace Your Humanity is a refuge for the soul, a sacred space - there is no shame or judgement allowed."
Her goal is to teach everyone the secrets of changing the world, one drop of love at a time!
